Google Chrome remote host resolution 640x480 issue when there is no monitor connected

I have a PC where I want to set it up and then disconnect the monitor from it and control it using Google Chrome remote desktop (CRD) from another device and it works fine but the issue is that once something happens and the PC restarts I lose the ability to view the screen in full resolution in CRD as there is no longer any monitor detected similar to this issue here

Does anyone know of any workarounds or other software I can use to bypass this limitation?

Think you need to install a virtual monitor driver...If nothing is physically connected to the PC, it usually does this.

It would work yes but I want to avoid spending money when software would do the trick. Going to try this virtual driver later and see if this works: Activating a Secondary Display on Windows 10 when no Monitor is Connected -Amyuni Technologies
