Hey all, I come this this quite orderly looking forum in search of a particular game, depending on my luck here I might find my new favorite stop-and-shop

So what I am looking for is a old-ish 3DS game called Fire Emblem Awakening, here are the specifics




Item Wanted: Fire Emblem Awakening for Nintendo 3DS
Packaging Essential: Would prefer it to come in the box, sealed is not an issue, I am not picky about that but good condition in box is a winner
Desired Age: I guess it would be 3 years since that is how long the game has been released for
Location: Johannesburg, Linksfield to be precise
Willing to accept a shipped item: Yes
Ballpark/Budget Amount: looking at around R300 but will negotiate

I really doubt you'll find one in that price range. Most people are selling it for ~R700 due to its rarity. Good luck though, I hope you find it

Yeah I have seen that price but would only pay that for a new copy no less. Ridiculous some people think they can get that much for a second hand game, importing is always an option but is always a hassle so I would be prefer not to go that route, just yet at least

Loot have it for R750 new, if they actually have stock. The older FE game, Shadow Dragon, also has mental used prices. I hope you get sorted because this is a gem of a game!
Have you checked what it goes for digitally on the eShop?

I'd say the game is worth R750....Great experience. Sold my copy in August last year unfortunately (For R550).

Not saying the game is not worth the price under the right circumstances!

But I think that stores and even guys with second hand copies are on crack if they think it is increasing everywhere, just here it seems, in Europe it's still retail price at most places.


As for Shadow Dragon just out of interest, I am buying a second hand copy for R250 so you never know! Some people might just be willing to part with it at a decent price

I'll just make a little amendment to my initial post because some twats might take me on a ride.

I would prefer a physical version though but thanks for the suggestion
