Hi Members,
I recently started freelancing as a lawyer in the corporate space and thought I'd add my services here in case anyone comes across it and wants to make use thereof. Some background, I have been a legal advisor for 10+ years and have been working as a corporate legal advisor for the last 8 years. Ideally I would prefer to assist with commercial contracts, small business legal support, regulatory compliance and labour law matters. I can also attend to smaller matters like contractual disputes and letters of demand.
Consultations are always free and the full fee for work to be done is agreed upfront when we decide to work together. I am also in the processing of setting up a more formal business structure, but should you be interested in the interim please pop me a private message and I will provide proof of qualifications and experience etc before we commence any work.
