The company is one of the biggest fintechs in the country. Recently started a loan product for them so we need someone to run the admin and finance side. It is quite a Junior role but with huge potential. The group sees a future with the product.

The role is based around the loans, so speaking to clients, affordability, some finance ito statements of profit and loss, inserting the loans into a cloud finance system, some recons, bad debts and a few other ad hoc items.

Very flexible company, awesome work environment, we have built very young teams. Very big potential for learning and experience and branching out, we cover almost every job category from HR to marketing all internally.

Don't need any experience, training will be provided but some experience will be a plus.

Some sort of finance background is also a +.

That does help.

Which physical location is it? Like is it office bound in Sandton? Remote work in Pinelands? Hybrid in Ballito where you can work 3 days at home and 1 at work.

I (and many other people) know of people looking for work but it's an effort for most to go DM someone to ask which geographical region the job is etc.

If you have a salary range that might help too. You need as much "bait" as possible in your post to get some bites.

Company is based in Centurion. It is very flexible so after training is done, we usually decide as a team when we're going into the office, for now i usually bring the team in 3 times a week to the office but just depends on the week.
