Good Evening/Day Carbies,

So I don't go with Evetech in any usual occasion, but here I stand wanting something. On Wootware they are running a special that ends on Friday so I have to make a decision on whether to buy or not, but then I see Evetech's normal price is at the discounted price Wootware has it on, I have to ship form both either way, but now it is whether I make the quick decision or take the time to make the decision knowing Evetech have it at a good price, but Evetech post sale support.. Wootware have always always stepped up to the plate and helped whenever and where-ever needed, and though I am not saying Evetech won't do that, but we know they have had their instances.

Take the time or go with where I know for sure I will get god post sale support?

I forgot to add that I can also go with Rebeltech since they at a good price too.

Always best to make the right decision, if you know you can buy this without regret afterwards or remorse for your decision then go ahead and buy it now. If you feel it is something you aren't sure you really need or are trying to weigh up the pro's and con's with another item, ie comparing with another potential product, maybe take your time.

Evetech now has Support on the Forums and from what I have seen it is working out quite well.
I haven't had to buy from either yet but I am keen to try Evetech sometime because their pricing is great

Well from personal experience, I always go with Evetech, as they have best prices 90% of the time.

I can not complain about their services, they have always come through for me.

But I have heard of these issues with Evetech.

I would recommend Wootware and Rebeltech over Evetech any day.
Wootware just has great support.
Call them and tell them about the regular pricing on Evetech. A little birdie told me that they might give a small discount in order to win your business.

Recently bought from evetech and no major issues apart form calling their support only to be assisted when I called the second time (first chap was just too lazy to check something).

@Toy Machine bought from @Evetech Support recently (bought a i5 upgrade bundle for my younger bro) and it was delivered within 2 days, no hassles nothing.
Dropped them a mail requesting the free anti-virus code and within minutes got a reply with the code, how to activate it etc along with an apology for it not being sent right away.

This is a major step up from their level of support from even a year ago when I bought my claymore keyboard from them, and even then the keyboard rocked up in 2 days compared to Raru where I waited for over a month 'because supplier had no stock'. So even back then I had no issues, though, around then, I was definitely in the minority regarding this.

So basically if your concern is regarding the level of support from Evetech, I wouldn't put any stock in what some people are claiming in the recent few months.
Yes, they had a bad rep in the past, but this does not change the fact that their current level of support is off the charts comparatively.

A list below in order of best choice for PC parts to worst:

Wootware or Rebeltech

Then Titan Ice

Then Incredible connection

Then Game

Then Spar

Then Pick n Pay

Then KFC

Then Tant Sannie se Koeksister Winkel

Then Evetech

Hemel I can never post a single post without it not being taken up seriously !
Not with your current signature no :)
Also buying pc parts from KFC... I mean I get Jhb is rough, but didn't realise things were this bad up there...

My 2cents:

Wootware - Big guys, good support.
Evetech - Big guys, within driving distance from me, good support.
Rebeltech - Small guys, AMAZING support. (ALWAYS support the small guys)

I go Rebeltech -> Evetech -> Wootware.

Depending on how urgently I need it and pricing.

Rebel had R2K off (compared to Woot and eve) of my i7-9700k and I was like NANI?!

I spammed that add to cart and checkout.
This is what it comes down to at the end of the day I think.
Basically where you can get the best price as I dont think any of the 3 will drop the ball on support at this point in the game.
If however everyone has the same price, then it's just down to who you prefer to deal with.

Haha it certainly has😂 Personal preference now that Evetech has good support, I bought a G Pro form them last week while the sale was on and was allowed to pick it up an hour after transferring the moolas. It seems they have stepped up and now I just got to choose who to give moolas to :)

Price and Sale support have too small of a difference to really definitively choose one over the other, so I will just wait for my Cloud Alpha sale to gain some traction and then pick up it up from whoever :)

I have bought from all 3 before and had no problems, well there wasn't any reason for me to call back. I just choose Wootware as of late as it's in the Cape.

Lul wut😂 Now I'm off track:ROFLMAO:
