Hey Carbies,

So I need to make a decision on a case. I feel weighting the pros and cons against each other may give a clearer decision but I would also like your share.

So basically I have currently a Bitfenix Prodigy M case packed to the brime. My previous case which I still have is the Corsair Graphite 600T white. I decided to go small for the pure reason of going to lans but have discovered some very irritating issues with this case.

Pros and Cons I have for Bitfenix Case:
Pros - Smaller, Easier to transport
Cons - Smaller (if you need to add a hard drive to the system it is an absolute nightmare for cable management)

Pros and Cons I have for 600T Case:
Pros - Bigger, Easier Cable Management, easier to add hardware
Cons - Bigger (Transporting to and from lans is little more frustrating)

So what I am looking to get from you is a idea of what you would do as I am not sure where to go from here. I feel like I should be going back to the 600T for the pure frustration of the rats nest that has developed in the case now, because unless you have a full modular psu its a nightmare.

Look forward to your comments!

If you don't like the cable management as much as you seemingly do not I recommend going back to your 600T as the case really isn't that big but rather wide and offers superb cable management, I used to have a 600T and I loved every second of it, barely wanted to let it go, would do a WC build in it in the blink of an eye, if you are worried about moving it over to lans etc etc don't be it's not that much of a hassle :p Just slip it between the front an back chair (if it fits) or lay it nicely on the passanger back seat and secure it by rolling the passenger seat back until it holds it vas P

@ToyMachine - Im not so worried about transporting. I enjoy working on pc's but how it grates my man parts that with such a small case how it becomes so frustrating.

My alternate that I can do is reducing number of hard drives from -

1X1.5gb + 2X1gb + 1X2gb drives down to either 2X3/4gb or 1X5gb drives and another at a later stage.

My major problem like you said is that the 600T is such a nice case I don't want to let it go.

But still a decision must be made....the battle continues!

haha I understand, I have a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX and surprisingly enough the more I have added seems to be giving the case better cable management X_X, if you are only worried about the hard drive space being the main concern because it grates you nuts then I'd move over to the 600T as then not only will your nuts have space but also your hard drives :p, then as well you can upgrade to more hard drives whilst holding onto your current ones as I remember that 600 having a decent amount of HDD space.

I understand your frustration too trust me getting my 8-pin in whilst my mobo was already installed (only had to install my GPU , HDD's & PSU), that 8-pin cost me 90% of my setup time xD was an absolute bitch.

At the end of it all though what case o you really feel like looking to your right/left/up/down and seeing your hardware in ? Which will satisfy that feeling more and then you will have your answer regardless of Pros & Cons IMO :p

- Less but larger capacity hard drives (partitions FTW).
- Get a modular SFX power supply (Corsair or Silverstone would be easiest in RSA).
- Buy components to have two PC's, one on your desk, one in the cupboard for LANs only.
- Mod the Prodigy M with cable management clips.
- Sell both cases and get something like the Cooler Master Master Case 3 (M-ATX) that will handle your components but still be light/compact enough for LANs.

Corsair air 240, problem solved

There arent too many cases I would take over that 600T. Just go back to that.... simple.
I have a Cosmos.... now THAT's a huge case
