Blizzard gaming on Home-Connect (Metrofibre)

Played a game or two last night and first time on my fibre that I have had a stable 200 ping, not the 175 but way better than 250-400 that it has been at, it is once again playable at least

Just kinda sux that I used to get 20-30 ms less with them last year, but oh well.

Yeah, When I got fibre (I waited an entire year from when they said they would be installing to actually having it operational) and I was big into Overwatch at that time so when I logged on the first time to find shitty ping I was much sad, very wah xD I am glad we can sink some time back into it

I do want to ensure that it will stay there though because I don't want that to be a one time thing xD

I actually have a case number against home connect xD

I cancelled it months ago. was ready to switch to a different ISP, Paid the new ISP and everything.
Homeconnect still charges me and the new ISP says they can't get the line. phone home connect. Apparently I didn't cancel it correctly(Although I logged into their site and did it), So I did it again over the phone. Told Vox(The new ISP) about it and they gave my money back no questions.

Phoned home connect a few weeks later just because I had this little nagging feeling. No cancellation request, Not being cancelled.
Father's friend is a lawyer, Told me to get a case number if I have proof, Which I have a email from them stating that it was going to be cancelled(Which it isn't) soo yea. Telkom 2.0

Damn, sorry to hear. Besides the latency issue that was fixed, I've always had the best service from Home-Connect.

Are you getting that latency constantly at peak times i.e 6-9pm?

Haven't played in peak hours, played around 9am and 4pm when I tried.

I play World of Warcraft on blizzards servers i play EU servers and my ping is always from 160 to 200. I'm with Telkom. Realy good ISP. I have not had any problems for years. Ping is always good and speeds is always constant.
