Best Cooling Solution for Stable 5 Ghz Overclock on I510600K.

I have an I5 10600K, I am looking to overclock it for daily use, could someone recommend the best cooling solution for this?

I currently have a shitty Antec case so case suggestions to go with recommended cooling solutions are also welcome.

I'd rather not spend more than R2000 but you can suggest up to R3500.

I am open to liquid and air options.

Also, I'm in the market for a Z 490 board so let me know if you know if you're selling one.

Get this if you want air cooling - it’ll get you 90% of the way to water cooling without too many issues.

as for Z490 overclocking, I don’t know much about it but I’m sure someone can help.

Check that there's enough clearance on the CPU fan recommendation above.

I have an ASUS Z490-A Prime with the 10600K and a Corsair 360 AIO but haven't played around with it yet so you can't give more insight.
