Basic basic pc for csgo and rust

Hey, looking for the cheapest pc possible that can run csgo, rust, LoL and hearthstone. It can even be 775 for all I care.

Specs:
4 gigs ram
Basic Quad core CPU or an i3
580/570 graphics cards(anything around there)
Min hard drive
Basic box

If I can get the box for R1000 and the GPU for R1000 I'll be pleased.
