This is a laptop conversion for most 12.3-inch PC tablets (and some large enough non-pc tablets).
It connects via Bluetooth and has a built-in battery bank to extend your tablet's battery life.
I used this same model (not this one) for my Eve V, a similar form factor device to the Surface Pro, and it fits beautifully.
The device is held in place with rubber gaskets, of which two sets are provided, that officially support Surface Pro, Pro 3, Pro 4, or Pro 6. I measured that it can take devices between approximately 8.50mm (maybe less) and 10mm (if not more) in thickness. The inner distance between the clamps is 260mm (which should be the maximum width of your screen unless your bezel is greater than 20mm), and the outer is 275mm, which should be the minimum width of your device.
