Mate, you posted phones for sale. You got a warning for it. You promised you wouldn't sell phones without the Reseller sub in place. I said "aight, cool".

Now your other account is posting phones for sale. How do I know it's your account? Well, for one, you match IPs, login times and ISPs to a T, and your ads look the same. They look much the same, in fact, that you used the same Imgur account to host pictures for ads you both posted, called "waynevs99". Well, for one, you match IPs, login times and ISPs to a T, and your ads look the same. They look much the same, in fact, that you used the same Imgur account to host pictures for ads you both posted, called "waynevs99". Evidence can be seen here:

him and I are two different people , how do we prove that to you?

I have sold items on carb and as per my rating it’ll talk for itself, I’m an honest seller and will upgrade my acc to a reseller also.

@prevagov actually, I believe you. You're two different people, from what I can see. He's actually a friend on your Facebook profile, although that's where my belief stops.

It doesn't explain how @Waynevanstaden and you are using the same Imgur account (the waynevs99 account) to host pictures when phones are being advertised? Or are you telling me that you are advertising for him, or he's advertising for you? How does that work?

You're consistently hitting the exact same IP addresses, during weekdays and weekends. This means you either work and live together very closely, or you're the same person.
Why your ads look exactly the same. You both do Pudo to Pudo, or meet up in a public place as the reason on all ads.

@Toxxyc , if you do a search on facebook marketplace you’ll be able to pick up both our profiles and see sometimes he does post for me and other times I do post for him.

He’s a close family member as I am married to his sister , that would explain why our IP i showing up the same as when we sometimes do deals we post off the same location.

There’s no harm here sir, I am a honest individual and in no way at i on this platform to scam or deceive anyone.

Please try and understand, we can even confirm our identity if need be. If you check under marketplace we use the same picture and ad description.

@prevagov alrighty, see, now we're getting somewhere. So he's not just a guy you "met before from marketplace". That was an outright lie. Saying he's your brother in law would have made this SO much easier.

However, that still leaves the rule about giving Feedback ratings for deals concluded off Carbonite, and the fake PM thing you sent to him to make it look like you don't know him, just to be deceptive.

I also can't help but think that you two had a business together, since he's also selling phones. Am I accurate in this assumption?

And then finally, when you got the warning, either he offered or you suggested that he rather sell the phones you have in stock, since his phones selling thing started the day after you said you won't be advertising phones anymore.

Okay , point taken. His profile is still new and so is mine, I gave him a mere rating , here there are rules set in place on Facebook there are no rules for such things.

As I’ve mentioned before I had a business which closed so I was basically selling the phones I had left over from there. I never bought a phone and resold it here for profit or with the intention of making profit.

As for him , he suggested he would like to get a carb acc to sell after which he did indeed make an acc. He isn’t advertising anything on my behalf or anything like that.

I don’t want to lose my carb acc over a simple misunderstanding, I agree to in future get a reseller sub.

Simple mistake , he does not know how to use imgur and upload so hence I posted pictures on his behalf. The thing is carb is highly different to facebook marketplace in many ways and I never understood that fact till now

I respect all the rules and I do apologize if I broke any rules in any way.

It sounds hectic if I straight up say " I'm shagging his sister and he holds the candle" don't you think 🤣🤣
