Description of Bad Deal: I did a instant payment on the 29th of August 2023. OddballZA reasured me that the CPU is with him and that he would send it the same day. Today on the 30th he had all kinds of excuses and eventually stopped replying to my messages. in the meantime a friend of mine contacted him about the processor I paid for already and he said its available. at the same time I was asking what was going on he ignored my whatsapp message and replied to my friend. He clearly seems to be busy with shoddy business and I am not at all comfortable. I asked him for a refund but still no reply.
