Description of Bad Deal:
Contacted the seller and asked to send me pictures on WA to confirm condition, i was satisfied and payed the seller with and Immediate EFT.
The seller then said he had another laptop available if i would be interested in that one too, we agreed off forum for both and i made another payment (very stupid of me)
I arranged TCG for pickup, pickup failed and me and the seller agreed that he would drop off both units at TCG offices (never happened)
Seller then sent me and affidavit (SAPS) to say that the laptop were dropped off but package was lost, and the affidavit stated that he asked them to check on the CCTV where package was.
Seller then offered to send me either another laptop or refund. After all of this i asked for a refund.
Seller said he would do a refund and is in the process of selling a Samsung S23(also listed on the forum) and then refund(probably never going to happen)
This has been going on for more than a week and the seller has now gone missing after i said i'm in the process of making a case at the SAPS and logging a Fraud case with my bank.
I have bought many items from guys on this forum and have never had any issues
