Bad deal with Doc_War_za

Description of Bad Deal:
Put out a thread for a laptop, was contacted by Doc.
Made arrangements for everything to be posted for Thursday but no package was placed into the locker. Asked for a simple video to prove that it wasn't being scammed. With no video supplied requested a refund with pop, he claimed payment at half past 8 with no pop which I then requested. After being told he would send it in an hour I received nothing, to which I phoned my banks fraud line and reported the incident.

About 20 past 1 in the morning I received a photo of a screen with payment notification on it, and a vague video of the package.

Still no contact after 24hrs to help rectify the issues.

Unfortunately with my bank they have requested a case within 48hrs to be opened, I'm already behind with reporting this.

I reported this Thursday with my bank.

That's 2 bad deals with similar MO's now. So @Doc_WaR_Za is now banned. Please pursue legal action.
