Bad deal with @Bradda511 (ghosted after promising a refund)

Description of Bad Deal:

I bought a ryzen 7 3700x from this guy. Everything was going smoothly until after he shipped the item to me. He got my address slightly wrong, which I told him. He then said he was going to contact Courier Guy to get it adjusted. My parcel's shipping was then halted without letting me know.

I tried to get in contact with him, wanting to know why my parcel was taking so long to arrive. No response. (The item shipped on 08/08/2021.)

After getting in contact with Courier Guy, they told me what the story was (that the shipment had been halted). It was only last friday (13/08/2021) that he replied me on carbonite. Told me his phone was broken and he thought I had received my item already. I told him I would be fine to either receive the item or to receive a refund. He has not replied on carbonite or watsapp since. (gave him my number, he said he would call but never did)

He has quite a few positive reviews, so I'm holding out hope that I haven't been scammed.
