Description of Bad Deal: Bought a Mini 3 Pro from vermillon.

During our conversation, it was made to seem like the faults wasn't caused by the owner.
He claimed the condition is excellent.
The user said he used it once and then suddenly the 'camera shake' just started.
Furthermore he claimed to have had it checked and the issue was that the Gimbal was off-center. He also knows all 'the guys' at Orms very well apparently.

Before buying, my first question was why he doesn't just send it in for repairs then. After all, a gimbal off center is clearly a factory fault, especially if the drone was only used once before. They'll fix it under warranty.

He claimed he just doesn't really want to deal with it.

Upon receiving the drone, I noticed small scuffs on the arm of one frame. Plus a rotor was replaced there, the old rotors were lying in the bag's zip, damaged.
I shouldn't have but I still believed his claims. After all, he's been on Carbonite for a long time with good ratings.
He decided to sell it instead as he was aware repairs would be exorbitant. He knew it wouldn't be covered because he physically damaged it. And using his reputation and ratings on Carb he had leverage to plead innocence.

I had it sent to Orms.

They said the gimbal arm was cracked and the drone was crashed. Hence they won't repair it under warranty.

The drone is currently with Orms.
