Seen this in person from a past sale...beastlike.

Thanx oaks!! Sad to let her go :( but yeah maintenance is P... expensive :(

Bro i'm not sure at this current moment but previous owner got nice figures at the cost running Octane boost and Sport Mode C @ 275Kw adn 560Nm

currently should be around 230Kw and 500nm in Sport mode A 95 octane.

The knocking noise you're hearing is most likely tie rod ends or ball joints. If the steering rack was on its way out it would make funny noises while turning.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...... i'll have a look again.... i took it to Audi Menlyn and they confirmed it is the steering rack..... thanx though bud!

Just jack the car up and take the front wheels off and have a look. Look for any burst rubber boots, specifically on the lower ball joint that connects the control arm to the hub and the tie rod ends. You can also check for play on the tie rod ends with one wheel off the ground, and taking the wheel at 3 o clock and 9 o clock and wiggling it.

If you're still running the stock turbo that sounds a bit much :p Unless they are quoting flywheel. Given my car was only Stage1+ I made 215 wkw / 420 nm. That should equate to about about 240-250kw fly ( so hard with drivetrain losses )

Exhaust, Forge DV , HPFP , Downpipe , Forge induction and running 98 Octane - my best time on the 1/4 was a 12.9 @ 171km/h, sadly it was a manual ;(

yeah i'm sure it was fly but at the coast you get some mad figures and power with the thicker air! haha

sounds good man! i got a 12.8 with mine! yours is strong! but any stronger and reliability goes out the window. i found a S3 Sprint blue facelift s-tronic with 90k odd kilos on the clock for around 220k 2009 model. might have my car sold by tomoz.

Bump with final price drop. 140k as is i'll throw in brand new OEM clutch from Audi Menlyn PTA.
