ASUS Zenbook UM4331 - no longer charging, laptop repair advice?

Hey everyone,

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

My wife's laptop has stopped charging, straight up dead - no charging light, no booting (with or without power plugged in), etc.

The unit is a 2020 Asus Zenbook, still in decent nick but, no longer within warranty (comes with just one year from purchase. Meh).

Any chance someone can recommend a decent repair shop that can likely save the unit? If possible.

If the laptop has a usb-c port then you can try use a laptop usb-c charger to try charge it, though note that not all usb-c ports implement laptop charging capability. Don't try use a phone charger.

Hey man - thanks for the prompt response. Unfortunately this unit doesn't have PD via USB c (I did try it anyway though, no luck).
