The way I read it:
Get a free $10 voucher (or receive one automatically when you buy something for $15 or more), Every time you use that voucher to buy stuff for $15 or more you get another $10 voucher.... It sounds like you can get an unlimited number of vouchers but only for a limited period of time (i.e. until the end of this month)

It also sounds like the voucher is applied automatically so basically their entire promo is just a very long way of saying: Each time you spend over $15 we will give you $10 back. So, want 10 games? buy them in 10 transactions and get 10 discounts.

That's how I read it...

And you get a $10 coupon by claiming the first free game, then you buy Star Wars for $12 which gives you another coupon, then you buy Control for $8 which gives you another coupon, then you're on your own.

Get $10 for spending $15 or more... so they discounted Division 2 to $14.99.
Darn it! 😶😶😶😶

Is the Deluxe edition of Fallen order worth it for the artbook and the footage?

I got the $10 voucher buy claiming one of the free games.
I then used it on Control, basically got it for dirt cheap.
Division 2 is also a good purchase if you have never played it.
It's worth every cent - once you find yourself doing the missions over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over is when you have to find something else to play.
