Hi all,

I'm trying to source a replacemant part for one of the laptops I currently have. (MSI GP72VR 6RF Leopard Pro)

I'm looking for the grey 'tray' that holds the internal HDD in place, I have attatched an image below.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Lots of interchangeable names for that accessory, up to the company to decide what to officially call it. You should look up the part list for your laptop, that accessory will have a specific part number assigned to it that you quote to get a replacement.

If you don't come right with an original part, you could always take some rigid stainless steel wire and shape it into the necessary shape with round/long nose pliers.

I think this might be the best bet, I was hoping by some miracle I would be able to find the exact part locally but I highly doubt it.

I was planning on doing both, also want to have all the correct parts in place instead of missing items, thinking about selling it later on..
