Good day,
I bought a laptop recently off carb from a reseller.
Reseller failed to disclose the fact the laptop was opened and repaired and damaged as well. I found this out after receiving the laptop and opening to check inside. They refused to give me back a refund and only offered some money back which I ended up accepting due to seeing no other option to go.

How should I proceed in future if something like this were to happen again?

If you genuinely feel that you have been wronged, and for total transparency, I would recommend you open a bad deal thread on this and allow the mods to assist.

It also allows other users to be aware of persons who take advantage of Carbonite members.
