Something like a Xigmatek Elysium - XIGMATEK - PRODUCT
Or a damaged Cosmos II that i can mod(might even fit as is)

That case is cramped inside. It's got the worst outer size/inner size ratio I've ever come across - even E-ATX is a tight squeeze.

For interest sake, where did you find an SR-X?

You're kidding, right? That case is freaking tiny.

@QJ0 got it secondhand from a local guy that travels abroad allot, i might have overpaid, but its performing nicely.Might upgrade CPU's in future.
Bostik Looks like it will do the length but not the height (PSU bracket will be in the way)

@RaynvF wont work, not even close, but thanks though.

Still looking.

Nope, way way way too small. I don't think you guys understand just how big these boards are. They make EATX motherboards look like miniature models. They're even bigger than SSI EEB. Hell, they even make the Asus Z10PE-D16 WS look a bit lackluster in the size department. Here's a picture of mine.

sizecompare.jpg~original

The green line is an approximate outline of the size of ATX, the red line the approximate size of EATX. As you can see, the board is significantly wider AND taller than EATX.

Here's a diagram from EVGA accurately showing the size of the board (their EATX is not full EATX, which according to spec is 13" wide - many motherboards especially from Asus and Gigabyte that are slightly wider than ATX are sold as EATX as they are too big to meet the spec for the ATX form factor, they are not full EATX though).

I know it's a bit hard to see as I grabbed it from EVGA's website and they use a black background, but the blue is the maximum size the Ducase supports and the orange is the size of the motherboard.

This is a comprehensive list of supported cases as of 2010 - note how short it is.

Rosewill Blackhawk Ultra
Lian Li PC-V2120
Mountain Mods U2-UFO, Extended U2-UFO, Ascension, Extended Ascension, Pinnacle 18 or Pinnacle 24 with HPTX tray assembly
Lian Li PC-P80
Danger Den Black-Series - LDR - Tower 29
LittleDevil PC-V8
LittleDevil PC-V8 Reverse
LD PC-V4 Bench Table
Cubitek Tank
HighSpeed PC's Top Deck Tech Station
Enermax Fulmo GT
Lian Li PC-90
Case Labs Magnum TH10
Case Labs Magnum TX10-V
Case Labs Magnum TX10-D
Case Labs Magnum MH10
Case Labs Magnum STH10
Corsair Obsidian 900D

Even the 800D isn't officially supported as it is too small. Of course nowadays the list is a little longer (but really not much longer, maybe another 3-4 cases), but that gives you an idea as to just how difficult it is to get the motherboard into a case.
PowerX Mind me asking what you paid?

A core p5 can also work, just tap and drill some stand offs, I know your budget is 1k but might offer an alternative if you don't come right.
