[Wanted] Older low-mid to mid-high-end case

I need a case that can:

House at least 6 x 3.5" HDDs
Comfortably fit at least a 240mm AIO -- preferably push-pull (push-pull not a priority)
Has good airflow or possibility to cool PCIe devices -- preferably a way to mount fans on side panel (I know this is very uncommon, but would be nice)
Can fit ATX motherboard minimum, E-ATX and XL-ATX would be nice
Is easy to mod (not such a big deal, but would be fantastic to get something that has 3D models for special 3D printed parts etc)

Item Wanted: One of these (or something similar - you're welcome to make a suggestion or let me know what you have)

*I have since decided that I don't need an Uber case necessarily, even an el-cheapo that can do the tasks outlined above, are welcome!*

Packaging Essential: No, but if shipped, 100% needs to be well protected
Desired Age: Doesn't matter
Location: Boksburg, Gauteng
Willing to accept a shipped item: If shipped, need protection
Ballpark/Budget Amount: As low as possible - preferably something retired or in the way

I have a Cooler Master HAF 922 that I am looking to sell. It has 5 x 5.3" drive bays and another 5 x 5.25" drive bays which one of them can be converted to a 3.5" drive bay. It has 3 x 200mm fans included (red LED's) as well as a DemciFlex dust filter kit specifically made for the case. It will fit a 240mm AIO on top or on the side panel of the case. All original additional case accessories included as well as a USB 3.0 front panel hub which is installed in one of the 5.25" drive bays.

Still in good condition no scratches or scuff marks, looking for R750

Thanks but I don't like glass, also I need 6x3.5"

(Those with glass in the OP are just there so that I could change the panels to steel if someone has those TG cases)
