[Wanted] Higher end case

I need a case that can:

1. House at least 4 x 3.5" HDDs
2. Comfortably fit at least a 280mm AIO -- preferably push-pull
3. Has good airflow or possibility to cool PCIe devices -- preferably a way to mount fans on side panel (I know this is very uncommon, but would be nice)
4. Can fit E-ATX motherboard minimum
5. Is easy to mod (not such a big deal, but would be fantastic to get something that has 3D models for special 3D printed parts etc)

Looks nice but the 3.5" HDD limit is a deal breaker for me
