If payment clears and then shipping is arranged and paid for, to be collected from my office.then by all means, i havn't shipped anything. I simply dont have the time or energy to go to the post office all the time considering i'm selling multiple components. and every person will want their item shipped the day after payment clears which simply isn't possible
