12C HID Device

Hi all,

For a work laptop I use the Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5. Currently the touchpad is not working.

The issue seems to be the 12C HID device in device manager. I've tried uninstalling, disabling, power management settings, and completely resetting the device.

I'm now considering downgrading to Win 10. Anybody have any experience with this?
