So long story short, the laptop itself has no audio (speakers and audio jack), the mic also doesn't work, i've tried everything, installing both windows 11 and 10, different drivers and nothing seems to fix the issue, I have no idea whether it's a hardware issue or not as audio over HDMI works just fine, you could also use a usb audio device (this is how i used the machine as i always had my headies with me), then, the HDMI port works, but it you bump the cable the screen will flash or display line that looks like artifacts, unplugging and replugging the cable bring it back fine though (no need to keep the cable at funky positions).
