Hey everyone,

Where can I buy an authentic product key for Windows 11 Pro? I bought two desktop computers that already have Windows 11 Home installed, but I require Windows 11 Pro for business purposes. It is crucial that the product key is genuine, as I do not want to risk purchasing cheap keys especially for my business. I am aware that I can upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro through the Microsoft Store for R2399, but I am just exploring if anyone knows of a website or place where legitimate keys are available at a better price.

Does he sell legit/authentic product keys? Let me reiterate. This is for business use. It cannot be "gray" product keys or no funny shit.

My wife uses these cheap keys, I won’t mention names but she has bought from more than one seller here. They’ve been “retail” keys, but anything from a Windows reload to changing hardware to “randomly” they’ll stop working and the seller issues a new key.

The keys are generally anything from recycled OEM keys (against MS EULA), part of a VLK (also against MS EULA), or purchased using stolen credit card details.

The MS store is the cheapest way to do it 100% legitimately and above board.

Yeah, I've bought keys from Carb (no issues) for home personal use.

But as I've stated, this time it's for business use and I am not going to take chances. My issue is when doing research, I found some pages online that indicated the upgrade would cost 99 USD, to my surprise once I got the desktops and attempting the upgrade through Microsofts online store, it costs R2399 (around 127 USD). If I check on their store or through authorized Microsoft resellers (Amazon.com as an example) its 99 USD. But the catch is that it's only for sale for people located in the US. Check this link: https://www.amazon.com/Windows-Upgrade-Home-Digital-Download/dp/B09WCTTXQ6

I also found on Takealot someone is selling unused (or at least I think its unused because it states "sealed") OEM keys. But I'm very skeptical, check link:

Check the latest review, the seller sent multiple keys? I’ve never heard of a seller going “Hmmm, let me just give another few thousand Rands away for free.”

For what it’s worth, Win11 Pro DSP/OEM cost price is more than double that price ex VAT, and no supplier or disti is going to go “Oh, sorry, here’s another, just send it to them - it happens.”

Exactly! I'm just going to purchase the upgrade key from the MS store directly which is R2399. Not taking chances.

Thanks bud. If u have windows 11 home, u can upgrade through the online MS store which is R2399. It's single use through so cant be transferred to another PC.
Yeah that's true. if you want transferable I believe you need the FPP key.

Are you 110% sure you need Pro? The number of business users that tell me they need Pro, I ask them which of these features they need (long list), they go "huh?!" and reply that they thought it was just Windows Home for business use is astonishing. 95%+ of them end up taking Home and having it work perfectly, with the 5% needing things such as connecting to a domain, AD, etc.

LMAO. MS Store used to be extremely competitively priced, but damn. They used to be sliiiiightly more expensive than DSP/OEM and quite a bit cheaper than retail, but that's no longer the case.

For reference,

Yeah, we need advanced management capabilities as well as making use of additional network features with better security etc. And we need to join a domain.
