I purchased an Intel Core i7-7600U laptop about 2 years ago, requesting that they replace the standard 256GB SSD with a 512GB SSD.

A few months ago I noticed that I am running out of space on the C: Drive.
On further investigation, I found that the 512GB SSD has been partitioned with a 117GB EFI System partition.

Question 1: Can one reduce the EFI partition and assign the extra space to the C: Drive?
Question 2: If possible, is there a simple means to perform this o best done by a Techie?

All help and guidance would be appreciated.

1) Backup critical data.
2) Verify critical data.
3) Use something like Parted Magic to shrink & resize the partitions.
