I have had to reset my phone to factory default after my son decided to "enter" a new pattern as my password. I have no way of retrieving my Google Authenticator account as they confirmed that I have to reset every account. I do not mind that I have to set up this again and ask for your help to do so, my frustration lies in that I could not find any mention of which apps are used and what to do in a factory reset, this has taken me 30 minutes to figure out where it could have been 5. Please could you disable the verification so that I may set it up again?
