The place is pretty much fully furnished except the room for rent and the bathroom. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the first floor.
Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave.
Fiber is installed.
2 covered parking spots (Right in front of the unit)
The unit is located in the back of the complex so it’s quiet

The room is spacious enough for a bed and desk. Full sized bathroom.
