(Any donation would help a lot but I will purchase goods as well).

Hi everyone, I am new to the group and was wondering if anyone can help me to find very old computers and parts of the 286/386/486 era (late 80s and early to late 90s).

I am busy with a charity project and building up old PCs and taking it to schools to show the retro and vintage computers to the kids. They love to see where computers comes from and can't belief how technology evolved.

I've already received some parts during the past few years but need a lot more to complete the "museum". People usually throw it away .... 😟

I am seriously looking for all "Creative cdroms and especially Sound Blaster ISA cards, Voodoo 3DFX graphic cards, US Robotics External Modems, etc.

Even 286, 486 Vesa Local Bus Motherboards, Pentium II and III Socket 1 motherboards and cpus etc. Old AT Desktop/Mini/Midi/Full Tower beige colour cases.

If anyone can help, it will be greatly appreciated. It is for a good cause. I will try to post a picture of one of my visits to a school in 2017. It was published in the school yearbook. It was a super amazing day and the kids loved it.

Thanks Gert, thats so true, I will also buy parts (if its affordable), but I know that some parts are so expensive and difficult to find. So sad that I still need so many rare parts.
