Hey Everyone..

Just wondering if anyone could point me towards a reputable site\company\individual who's able to imports speakers from the US?

The beasts in question:
https://www.amazon.com/Vanatoo-Tran...la-20&linkId=4e08d84bf4c058d7630de858389be1ee

I've already found pricing via Raru\Importitall\Wantitall\shopping.all4women with the Cheapest being Raru @ R14K+

I used to think that only PC monitor import duties were expensive.. seems I was mistaken as the same $ x 13/14 x 2 formula applies here :| which is just plain ridiculous.

They've been in production since 2012 with an almost non-existent second hand market to speak of, this bodes very well with regards to overall build quality\quality control and as a result I've decided that they are an absolute must have for my dedicated gaming room. Given the fact that they have a built-in DAC with DSP correction and no real need for an additional subwoofer, as they are capable of 48hz lows, makes them great value for money considering the overall price you would otherwise have to pay in order to mimic this particular setup by buying the components individually.

For those interested parties, some speaker p0rn courtesy of our favorite audiophile Zeos Panteros or Z Reviews as some of you might already know:

(You need beast of an amp for this though.. eish)

All I can say is, what a lucky bastard.. I hate him so much right now it gives me energy..

I'm fully aware they run 120V/60hz which implies I'll have to get a +200W 220V-120V step down transformer.. this is not a problem and totally worth it in my opinion as they are truly unique.

Apologies for the long post, this is not a sales pitch, I was merely hoping to spark some interest and hopefully gather some useful information as to how one might go about obtaining these bad boys.. preferably at a more attractive price point whilst avoiding the 3rd/4th party premium markup.. Thanks for reading..
