I have been having issues with Axxess for the last 2 to 3 weeks.
We have moved our Telkom Landline over to Axxess' VOIP and we setup a Yealink phone. We can make out going calls but inbound calls does not work. I have explained this multiple times to them.
We have cancelled our Telkom landline at Telkom because Axxess told us that the port was sucessful but it wasn't as the landline number now does not exist anymore. I have been fighting with them for the last few days to get this sorted out but their support team is up to shit.
Does anyone have an email or number for a Manager/Supervisor in Axxess who I can contact? As we are losing business by the day.
