Does anyone have any manager's email/number for Axxess?

Good morning Carb!

I have been having issues with Axxess for the last 2 to 3 weeks.
We have moved our Telkom Landline over to Axxess' VOIP and we setup a Yealink phone. We can make out going calls but inbound calls does not work. I have explained this multiple times to them.

We have cancelled our Telkom landline at Telkom because Axxess told us that the port was sucessful but it wasn't as the landline number now does not exist anymore. I have been fighting with them for the last few days to get this sorted out but their support team is up to shit.

Does anyone have an email or number for a Manager/Supervisor in Axxess who I can contact? As we are losing business by the day.
 
They are useless. Their support is pathetic and that's a compliment.

Your only bet is to phone them and ask to speak to a superior. If you have exhausted chat, email and Facebook support, then you have no other mechanism except phoning and requesting to speak to an authority.

I cancelled my services with them a few months ago and I'm not regretting it one minute.

Well my mom wasted probably R500's airtime I wasted another R300's worth of airtime to get this sorted. They are utterly useless, If I knew it would have been such a headache I would have gone with Vox or some one else that wouldve probably handled it better.

I have been asking to their superior but they simply just ignore you. Try to help you more.

@Billabomb75 if you interested in moving we have some competitive rates I host alot of my clients voice services and even some smaller guys.

Please do me a favor and dm me please. Issue that I have is that Axxess has lost the Landline number now it is not existing anymore

I disagree with you here, Their support is less than 24hrs in response and with correct info. I have been with Vox for 5 years now. Never dissapointed me.

But the issue should be resolved as Axxess told us simply just to active the landline again from Telkom. How long that takes, God only knows.

Well I got super lucky as I have one of their accounts managers on whatsapp so she deals with all the extra things and take it up if it is needed.. But havent once had a issue where the support hasn't been able to resolve my issue.
