Job Description:
Tier 2 support of incidents logged on the Service Desk.
The installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of Infrastructure and associated utility
software products, in support of operational systems and the development environment.
Monitoring and response to system alarms and events, root cause analysis of failures and implementation of fixes within scope
to rectify problems.
Requirements
Matriculation;
National Certificate (IT) or BSC (IT) or Industry specific diploma;
4-5 years’ experience in a similar environment;
ITIL Foundation;
IT certification in infrastructure disciplines;
Understand the Kanban flow system and LEAN performance management;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal
