Hey everyone, any rcommendations where to get 2-3kg whey protein as low as possible? I use currently a SSA Pure Whey that's almost finished, with a spare tub of 908g Extreme Whey, also SSA but looking for a replacement that is high protein but low carbs, preferably with creatine. Any ideas? most stores tend to be expensive

I'm not sure if they'll have what you're looking for but maybe try nutritech. I was using the hulk gainer from them, pretty solid and has 5g of protein in it

PSN Lifestyle and technically USN Hydrotech 2x908g for R480 is still running online. You need to act fast though.

honestly with how pricing has been weird for the past year or so i'm back to grinding oats with milk

You would need something with atleast 20+ g of protein per serving. Nutritech has proven to be cheapest when it comes to value (R330 ish per 908g which should last a month having 1 a day)

A simple whey protein is fine, hulk gainers and mass gainers are pure rubbish.

Moral of the story, supps are not cheap
