Suggestions - decent Bluetooth 3.5mm audio adapter

Hey all, hope you're well

Previously I had a Shox Airhead in my car that worked like a dream. It had a decent selection of more high end Bluetooth codecs and sounded great. Unfortunately it eventually died.

I replaced it with a crappy no-name brand one on takealot that only has the basic SBC Bluetooth codec and it sounds awful.
Looking around on takealot there aren't many options and apparently the Logitech 980-000912 is much the same.

You guys got any ideas?
