Seller been paid but no response

I spoke to the seller on whats app to make arrangements for payment and collection.

Once i made payment i sent the courier company to him.

He messaged me to confirm collection. Yesterday, Monday 06 Feb 2018 it was supposed to be delivered. When it wasn't I contacted DHL.

They proceeded to tell me that there was no collection.

I cannot get a hold of him now. It would seem he is trying to pull a fast one.

If anyone can provide any help i would appreciate it as it was a lot of money.
