Testing the waters to see if there is interest.
Looking to Trade Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 8GB SE for a better GPU with cash from me.
Item Wanted: Better GPU
Packaging Essential: Yes Please
Desired Age: Not too fussed, as long as it hasn't been mining it's entire life.
Warranty: Would be nice, but not a deal breaker.
Location: JHB preferably, but open to other possibilities.
Willing to accept a shipped item: Yes, but would like if it's driving distance.
Ballpark/Budget Amount: GPU plus 2k from me depending on offer
Looking to upgrade the GPU in the spare PC as it's starting to see more game time as of late from the family. Boought the GPU from Carb around a year ago, previous owner had it for 2 I think. So no warranty to be safe. I have full retail packaging for the card.
One of the fans is slightly higher than the other one, not sure if it's supposed to be like that or not. Was like that when I bought it off Carb, and owner stated card is in excellent condition, so it might be like that. Seems almost like its spring loaded, if I can explain it like that. Fan still works 100% and runs at the same RPM as the other when doing a fan check in Trixx. Card has been opened to redo thermal paste.
Stock clocks on the card is 1410MHz and boost is 1430MHz, no hiccups with it. Had it OC'd to 1450MHz a while ago for a short period and then reverted back to stock clocks.
This is the GPU: Link
