Rocket League Sideswipe (Mobile Version of Rocket League)

So this released recently on mobile, played it on Android - its a 2D version of the game, that plays very well, really easy to play and is fun to play, in my opinion.

Wonder if anybody else has given this a try and thoughts on it?

I think it was a terrible execution.
Look at how pubg at least kept their game similar. That would not have had the same success had they made a top down version on mobile.

I've played it and made it to plat rank. Problem is they allow controller input which means if you're playing touch you're at a huge disadvantage.
