IT Technician (Support Engineer)
(Candidate must live in or close to Centurion) Centurion,
Gauteng Our company is looking for a capable, strongly skilled Managed IT Services Systems Engineer who is a great problem-solver with about 5 years ‘experience. Remuneration will be between R15k – R18k depending on qualifications and experience.
Own vehicle required vehicle remuneration package offered
We need staff that are capable to help service our regional and national clients.
You must have a good base knowledge about and experience with:
• Windows Server
• Microsoft Exchange
• DHCP
• DNS
• NAS/DAS devices
• VOIP Solutions (Understanding)
• General Support
• Backup and connectivity solutions
• Networking
• Apple Mac (advantageous)
• A need to improve on Technical Knowledge to perform work better is a must
• General IT Support and Admin
• Office 365
• Pastel
Working Carefully listening to, hearing and deciphering a client’s explanation of a problem to ensure you understand the issue completely, will be very advantageous.
Meeting client expectations always results in a pressurized environment and thus a robust, friendly personality will do well here.
Working hours are a standard work week with one day over a weekend per month if required.
