Aside from the XR Rikenon 50mm F2 lens with the stuck focus ring, everything else appears to work smoothly mechanically, flash works too. Tested it and was rewarded with temporary blindness. I will admit that I have forgotten most of what I learnt during my stint with SLR photography, and can't remember/know know enough now to give it all a proper once over. This kit was last used around 2008, after which it was put in storage.
@Jason_Xzion would not let me pay for shipping, given that it was R70, so adding R200 to cover shipping for someone.
Could just be a quirk or the motherboard it was used in, but the MSI GTS 450 Cyclone would not work if it was seated correctly in the PCI-E slot, I had to let it sort of hang down a bit before I screwed it in but it worked without issue. Even had sound over the DVI port t HDMI (huh who knew?).
