Restoring CM 690 - Has paint on it

Hi all

I got gifted this case and I'm on a budget for my build. Does anyone have any ideas how I can remove the paint. Do I just spray paint everything flat black?
I really would like to reuse this case but I don't want to spend too much money on it.

I would take rough sand paper, paper it down then use smooth sand paper for obvious reasons and then spray paint it.

No need to remove the paint. A light sand and respray will work easy..... Give it a test on the side panel then take it from there.
