Support Reseller not responding

Good day,

I purchased a VPN from the reseller VR-Steve. I messaged him on Saturday (June 13th) regarding the login details not working. He has yet to respond (not even acknowledging my message). I purchased the VPN roughly a month ago, tested it when I received it, but have not used it till this weekend. The validity of the VPN is two years.

The deal is for a minimal two years subscription.
The new login details provided to me are only valid for another 75 days. Thats 21 months short of the item ordered which is not acceptable.
@VR-Steve has responded last night, however I am not happy with the response (updated login details), please respond to private messages.

As of midday yesterday @VR-Steve has sent through an updated credential that is valid for the two years.
