Support Request for support, now I am banned as well

I have been trying to get into my account "frozenfist" for some time now due to 2FA being setup on and old phone that I dont have access to anymore, I tried using the contact us option some time ago but no one responded. I then created a second account so that I post my problem in the support Forum hopping to get some assistance, but instead both accounts got Banned. Now I am really sorry I was not aware of this rule untill now. Please can my account "frozenfist" be unbanned and remove the 2FA requirement?

You activated it again on July 19, 2022 at 9:25am

There were NO other support threads made after that until today at 12:14pm, which was after you already created the 2nd account today at 12:08pm.

The "no duplicate accounts" rule has been there for more than 10 years, you received and agreed to that rule when you registered. Also not to mention the countless times I've bumped this thread: Duplicate accounts - STOP not even for 2FA | Support Forum

TLDR; Permanent ban reduced to two weeks, accounts merged and 2FA disabled (again)
 
Firstly Apologies for creating a duplicate account in error, I have been struggling to get into my account due to 2FA, I though ok let me post something in the support forum but not only was I not aware you can post as a guest, I wasnt aware creating a second account gets you banned. 2 mistakes from me apologies.
I would really appreciate if my Frozenfist account can be unbanned and 2FA removed as am looking to upgrade my RIG I will be selling/buying hardware.

the duplicate account V2 one can be trashed as that was only created for my original plea
