To whom it may concern

I purchased two second-hand ASUS Google Nexus 7 2013 models here on carb a while ago.

I was aware both had issues with charging from the sale information.

I thought maybe i could tinker a bit and get them working anyhow i have failed.

both can connect to PC if i lift the plug while it is inserted, i get connection enough to load software.
both are able to charge wirelessly.

So this is the story:

I have purchased 2 micro usb replacement ports for each of them from Zasttra.com
I dont have the skill to micro solder the new ports.
I have asked a skilled technician who told me that the micros soldering isnt easy.

I was wondering if anyone here can point me in the right direction.
I would prefer the micro usb port as it is more efficient with charging the device

here is a video of the procedure

I am in Durban
I am prepared to ship it if it means two working charging ports and a pc connection
Ideally someone or some shop here in Durban, would be lovely.

Thanks in advance for helping me
