Support Regarding my account upgrade

Hi,
My name is Devendra and I upgraded my account for first 6 months and I have been inactive from past 3 months and i am not using carbonite at all. Today I saw that my account has been auto renewed and payment went through. I didn't get any notification regarding the auto renewal, otherwise I would have cancelled it.

Can you please help me that my upgrade is cancelled and refund my money?

@dboppudi - The recurring note is show on the subscription before you subscrbe. Paypal does not send reminders.

Refund processed however.
