Recycling - Electronic and Components

Where do you folks generally recycle the old, redundant and non-working electronic and IT equipment? Desco used to have their containers placed in numerous places, but does not seem to the case anymore.

No sure about Randburg but Makro has a collection container on the premises in Centurion. Don't know if this might be a feature at all Makro's

Most of the stuff is old non-working motherboards, power supplies, a few routers, simple ATX cases etc. Not sure they will be collectables at any point

Some charity shops (Hospices) do recycling.

Howzit bud. I need to get rid of some old components as well. Was wondering if you managed to find a place that recycles?
