Hi Admins
I am asking first because I am unclear about how the admins feel about this kind of stuff. I am a long-term user of Carbo on my personal account and find it super useful, so thank you!
I am a tech recruiter in Cape Town. I recruit for multiple large financial service providers etc. Triple-A companies essentially. And thought I'd make a recruiter profile on here so I can share the vacancies we have in the job classifieds section of Carbo.
Would there be any problems with me doing this?
I essentially would make posts in the classifieds probably weekly or bi-weekly with a list of our current relevant vacancies and a link to apply.
To clarify, I am from a tech agency, we employ contractors and contract them out to our clients. As well as permanent roles.
Further info on how our process works, pretty standard. We don't always share the Client name or Salary attached to the role. As this is pretty standard in recruitment because it makes our processes incredibly hard to manage. But once I have validated a candidate for a role, then I would share the relevant info.
