[RANT] Pretty upset with Samsung

I'm considering this, to be honest. Huawei's replacement stuff similar to how Samsung's ADH worked?

As far as I know, yes. But will you need it?

Just keep in mind you'll be playing the memory lottery.

Do I look like i'm joking

I kid you not ;)

Boss' wife wasn't willing to listen to their suggestion,so after a few hours of research I applied liquid cement to a paperclip, stuck it to the bottom of the connector in the port where the charger broke off,and an hour later yanked out the broken bit :)

lol holy shit that's amazing... Wouldn't have come up with that idea xD

If its out of warranty,
it is out of warranty.

They are under no obligation to replace a god dam thing, and you have no right to complain about it.
IF they were to make a plan for you, they would need to make a plan for every single person.

This is a global company with rules and regulations.
Sorry you cannot understand that.

**I see my sentiment has been repeated ad nauseam after reading the entire thread :eagerness:

TLDR; Samsung is pretty shit... I can concur.
You still complaining about the dead pixel POLICY ?
I would assume you got refunded based on the ROG34 in your signature.
So you got what you wanted but still shit ?
:hurt:

Wife dropped her iPhone 7 Plus and cracked the screen.

Handed in at Apple Fourways mall, a day later I got a replacement quote for R6700. REPLACEMENT quote. As in they gave us a new phone.

Warranty period stays the same though, minor downside IMO.

Edit: Insurance paid as well. With the cost of phones these days, I don't get why people don't insure.

What you on about?
My A950D had a dead pixel way back when. *This was a very expensive monitor years back (~R7k).
My 55ES8000 wifi stopped working for no reason. *When I purchased it years ago for ~R34k.

All these things were fixed but still I have had no good experience with them, and I am under the impression that these are top of the line products.

Okay, so you think only Samsung products have that problem ?
The PG34Q you have is known for EXTREME IPS Glow and huge amounts of BLB,
The Razer peripherals you have are the highest failure rate products in distribution.

You haven't had a good experience, yet they were fixed ? Manufacturing faults are a global problem

The only razer product's i have had, that have never had a fault are the Razer Kabuto mousepad and the Mouse bungee !

Actually now that i think about it, i had the very first Blackwidow and that never gave me a second of trouble :)
